Electronic grade pneumatic diaphragm pump introduction E-Series air operated double diaphragm pumps are equipped with diaphragms made of NBR, EPDM, PTFE, etc., depending on the fluid material. These diaphragms can be flexibly mounted on E-Series diaphragm pumps to achieve demanding operations.
NBR diaphragms - oil resistant, suitable for use with oil, water, hydraulic fluids, avoiding highly polar solvents such as acetone, butanone, ozone, chlorinated hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon nitro compounds.
Applicable temperature -30ºCºC-90ºCºC.
EPDM diaphragm - very good chemical resistance, not applicable to oil and organic solvents (except ketones and alcohols), good elasticity. Applicable temperature -40ºC-120ºC.
PTFE diaphragm - Inert, few chemicals can react with it, strong corrosion resistance. Applicable temperature -37ºC-120ºC.
